This wendys has the best fries probably in all of fairbanks and north pole fast food places, they are tasty and not dry. The place is very clean. Way better then Carl's jr. And McDonald's when it comes to the cleanliness.

This is quite literally the best Wendy's in the United States, and since there is likely not a better one elsewhere, it is therefore probably the best in the world. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and patient, and when ordering nine separate orders from eight people in one van at (or right before) closing time, the staff perfectly and expertly delivered each order to its proper recipient. Bravo, Wendy's of North Pole - you are indeed a national treasure. I'm sorry I'm a year late in posting this review btw.

The food sucked, the order was completely wrong - as were the orders of the tables around us. Because it is Fairbanks, the prices are as high as going to a restaurant where you get actual service.

I love Wendy's but they are a bit pricey and forget to give me my sause and the other day they didn't give me my drink I didn't notice until I got to work but the food has never been bad. Just things that I ordered and paid for were left out.

You could tell these people were incompetent, not only did they mess up my order, they messed up several people's orders as well. We have three kids, they only took our order down for 2 kids meals. Had to order another kids meal. We didn't get our fries, because they were "cooking" but they were giving other people their fries. They forgot my kids drink... My burger was cold... Blah never going here. I gave it two stars because it was nicely decorated.
